Canal brewing is a brewery and craft beer spot at 1-26-4 Oi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, within walking distance of Oimachi Station. The venue is set up for easy drop-ins, with both cans and draft beer available.

In the latest post, Canal brewing announced a canned-beer arrival from Okinawa's MAHOWBREW. The three beers on the list cover a wide range of styles:

- Hammer Krushed Brain (Triple IPA / 10.0%)
- Solstice Echoes on (West Coast IPA / 7.5%)
- Gere (Italian Pilsner / 5.0%)

Hammer Krushed Brain stands out as the most intense option. The post describes it as a Triple IPA with a solid dank character, orange aroma, and tropical mango-like notes. It is the obvious pick for drinkers who want a fuller, more assertive IPA.

Solstice Echoes on shifts toward a crisp West Coast profile, while Gere offers a lighter 5.0% Italian Pilsner for a more relaxed pace. Together, the three beers create a neat lineup that moves from bold hops to a cleaner, easier-drinking finish.

Canal brewing also says it will host a MAHOWBREW Tap Take Over on November 28. Whether you start with the cans or wait for the TTO, this looks like a good chance to follow MAHOWBREW's range through one Tokyo stop.
