Beerbar Festa (Festa) Shimokitazawa, a beer pub on the 5th floor of the Daisin Building in Setagaya, said it would open at 18:00 on August 20. Because of a Shimokitazawa darts exchange match, darts use will be unavailable from around 20:00 until the match ends, expected around 22:30. The bar added that guests can still enjoy beers from the counter seats and table seating, and that last orders run until 28:00 during the summer holiday period.
