The Irish Pub Tullamore in Tomigaya, Tokyo, announced its service lineup for May 28, from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.. The draft selection ranges from staples to guest beers, making it easy for beer fans to enjoy a tasting comparison.

Draft lineup for the day

The regular beers are Guinness, Shiga Kogen Beer IPA, and Yebisu. With a clear lineup of stout, IPA, and lager, it is easy to choose according to your mood from the very first pour.

In addition, Tullamore 21st Anniversary Beer More Bitter by Riot Beer will be served as an English Bitter. The post says it is on the second keg, suggesting it has been very well received.

The guest beer is Kyoto Brewing Irotoridori NZ Pils Edition. This pilsner uses a large amount of hops, and is characterized by aromas of citrus, pineapple, berries, and melon. Although brewed as a pilsner, it is introduced as having hop presence comparable to an IPA, making it a beer that balances lightness and vibrant aroma.

Easy to enjoy with food pairings

On the food side, fritters of baby corn with the husk on, sautéed spiced lamb and vegetables with hummus, and pork and potato curry are all available starting that day. With fried dishes, spice-forward meat dishes, and curry all on the menu, it is easy to build a meal around the different beer styles. In particular, the aromatic NZ Pils and the flavorful More Bitter seem likely to pair especially well with food.

Tullamore is an Irish pub in the Yoyogi Park and Yoyogi-Hachiman station area. In the calm atmosphere of a proper pub, it looks like it will be a day to slowly work through draft beers, from classic Guinness to distinctive guest brews.
