Golden Garden taps Kamado Brewery's "Kanko IPA," with Shiga Kogen's "SNOW MONKEY IPA" also on offer
At the beer pub "Golden Garden" in Hiroshima's Shintenchi, Kamado Brewery's "Kanko IPA" from Gifu has been newly tapped. Shiga Kogen Beer's "SNOW MONKEY IPA" and HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING's collaboration and bottled beers are also being highlighted.
New tap at Golden Garden in Hiroshima
The beer pub "Golden Garden" in Hiroshima City’s Naka Ward, Shintenchi, updated its tap information in a post on May 7. The post mentioned operations during the latter half of Golden Week; although the number of taps was temporarily lower because of delivery circumstances, beer arrivals were progressing, and the lineup was expected to become fuller from the following day onward.
The lineup for the day
New on tap is "Kanko IPA" from Kamado Brewery in Gifu Prefecture. The post describes it as "an IPA with a pleasant woody character, bitterness, and just the right amount of body," introducing it as a beer suited for those who want to enjoy the balance of aroma and bitterness.
Since the previous day, Shiga Kogen Beer's "SNOW MONKEY IPA" has also been tapped. It is described as a Hazy with pronounced bitterness and haze, making it a compelling choice when you want a fuller, more intense IPA.
In addition, the collaboration beer "HNB RED IPA" from HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING is down to a small remaining amount. On the bottle side, "Rinki Sakuhen" from the same brewery has also arrived in small quantities, giving the selection a strong Hiroshima-brewery presence.
Happy hour until 7 p.m.
Golden Garden runs happy hour every day until 7 p.m., with its own HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING draft beers as the target. Hours are 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., and the post also mentioned snack platters and "Chicken and Bamboo Shoot Tomato Curry." True to a beer pub, it's set up to be enjoyed from the first drink through the meal, making it a great place to follow tap updates while drinking.
