Matsudo Beer Yagiri Roastery shared photos of its Brew Day for a collaboration with Ushiku Brewery on Instagram. In the post, it was announced that Mr. Kakui (@grains.grapes.ushiku), the head brewer at Ushiku Brewery, visited the site and carried out the long-awaited collaboration brew.

At the brewing site, Mr. Kakui offered detailed advice, and the staff said it felt as if each step of the process was being upgraded one by one. By seeing that passion for brewing up close, the team seems to have gained fresh, positive energy on site.

Matsudo Beer is a brewery that produces craft beer in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, and its official website says it makes beer and happoshu using local fruit and rice. At the shop near the east exit of JR Matsudo Station, visitors can enjoy freshly made craft beer and snacks, and the lineup includes standard offerings such as Matsudo Pale Ale, IPA, and Belgian White, as well as limited-edition beers made with seasonal ingredients.

In this post, the brewery also showed excitement about the finished beer, saying, "I'm excited already." After the collaboration brew, what kind of beer will it become? Attention is now on how Matsudo Beer's local character and Ushiku Brewery's expertise will come together.
