Takadanobaba Beer Shokudo adds two taps from HAZY LABO and WCB
On June 4, Takadanobaba Beer Shokudo updated its taps with two beers: HAZY LABO’s Waimea QDH, a 3.0% hazy IPA, and West Coast Brewing’s Project: NZ04, a 5.5% NZ pilsner. The lineup offers a side-by-side look at a light hazy and a hop-forward pils.
Takadanobaba Beer Shokudo, a beer pub in Takadanobaba, updated its tap list on June 4. This time, two kegs were added, bringing together two very different directions: a hazy IPA and an NZ-hop pilsner.
- `Waimea QDH` (Hazy IPA, 3.0%) - HAZY LABO
- `Project: NZ04` (NZ Pils, 5.5%) - West Coast Brewing
`Waimea QDH` is a low-alcohol hazy IPA from HAZY LABO. At 3.0%, it looks like an easy beer to start the night with or to sip slowly alongside food. `Project: NZ04` is West Coast Brewing’s NZ04-driven NZ pilsner, built around a cleaner pilsner frame while keeping hop character in focus.
The shop opens from 15:00 to 24:00 on weekdays and from 12:00 to 24:00 on weekends and holidays, with last food orders at 23:15 and last drink orders at 23:30. When the room gets busy, a 2.5-hour limit may apply. Sound carries easily inside, so a slightly quieter conversation is a good fit for the space.
