This batch is made with banana puree, caramel sauce, maltodextrin, rum, lactose, almonds, and more. The malt includes ingredients produced in Germany, and the malt content is said to be over 50%. The product description says that, while carrying forward the well-received direction of the previous release, this version tones down the banana puree slightly and instead brings out stronger caramel and rum notes. The Weizen-derived ester character and banana impression spread across the palate, while the finish is designed to tighten up with caramel sauce and rum.
