Mukuraf taps a Shiga Kogen Hazy Wheat IPA and Hansharo Beer Hazy IPA on Sunday
On a humid Sunday with occasional light rain, the Morishita beer pub Mukuraf announced two new draft beers: Shiga Kogen Beer’s Yuru Buru Spelt and Hansharo Beer’s Kyo mo Manten. A broad draft and bottle selection is available as well.
New taps
- Shiga Kogen Beer’s 「ゆるブルSpelt」 Hazy Wheat IPA is built on a soft wheat-driven body, with apricot- and orange-like impressions that make it an easy match for food.
- Hansharo Beer’s 「今日もまんてん」 Hazy IPA uses the Pink hop, bringing passion fruit, berry, and tropical-fruit aromas together with a gentle bitterness and an easygoing finish.
Other pours
- The draft list also includes Asahi Premium Draft Beer 「熟撰」 Pilsner, Sankt Gallen 「すいかウィート」 Fruits Wheat Ale, KaruizawaQ 「斜光」 American IPA, TAROS BREWING 「ONENESS-DOLCITA」, and Nomcraft 「Solar Phantom」 Hazy IPA.
- Bottles on hand include VERTERE’s 「Passiflora#48」, 「Achillea#1」, 「Galanthus#3」, 「Benitoa#8」, and 「Vespa」; GOODHOPS’ 「Do Good」, 「銀河のホップ畑」, 「Tono Belgian IPA」, 「黄昏のカスケード」, and 「遠野の風」; WestCoastBrewing’s 「The Lupulin Tree」 and 「PassionWizard」; and GreenNeighborHardCider’s 「CITRUSwithCALAMANSI」, 「LA FRANCE」, and 「SOUR」.
- With plenty of seating and bottle-only visits welcome, Mukuraf remains a practical stop for a focused beer session in the Morishita/Shinohashi area.
