15brewery in Hayama is offering a one-day-style draft lineup for takeaway only. On this day, the brewery is pouring five beers from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Guests can fill a tightly sealed bottle brought from home, and carbonated PET bottles or screw-cap glass bottles are also accepted.

The lineup is:

- Numa no Soko: A Belgian-style beer with plenty of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka.
- Stout: A black beer with deep richness and a dark, opaque appearance.
- Raw Red Ale: Brewed with a raw ale method that does not boil the wort, emphasizing the malt's heavy, dense aroma and flavor.
- Dotanba Ale (Summer Mikan Ale): A fruit beer made with Hayama's local summer mikan. Part of the recipe also uses baguette from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi.
- Raw Hazy IPA: Also brewed with the raw ale method, this one leans into citrus and pine notes from the hops, with moderate bitterness. It also uses baguette from Mitsumugi.

Standing service is closed, but the draft list shows the brewery's range clearly: Belgian-style, stout, raw ale, fruit beer, and IPA. The use of local ingredients gives the lineup a strong Hayama identity, even for beer meant to go.
