Kita-Urawa's BEER HUNTING URAWA released its tap list along with its business information for Monday, April 20. Hours are 17:00-23:00, with food L.O. at 22:00 and drink L.O. at 22:30. As a beer pub in the Urawa area centered on craft beer, it is open during hours that make it easy to stop by after work.

The highlight of the day is the real ale poured on a hand pump server. The lineup includes U.B.P BREWERY's "Step Over IPA" and Shiga Kogen Beer's "Porter", creating a setup where you can enjoy the differences in how they are poured as well. Being able to sample everything from the shop's own brews to guest beers is very much part of what makes BEER HUNTING URAWA itself.

The tap list also includes U.B.P BREWERY's "Kick Off Pils", "Step Over IPA", and "Bombonera", along with Brasserie Knot's "YUKISHIRO", BLACK TIDE BREWING's "TOHOKU PRIDE" and "Pray for 3.11", Hop Kotan Brewing's "Stuck&Flow", and Y.MARKET's "Minamichita Blood Orange IPA". From pilsner, IPA, hazy double IPA, weizen, IPL, roggenbier, to fruit IPA, it is a lineup with a clearly defined range of flavors.

On the food side, the new menu items are "Som tam-style daikon and gizzard", "Carrot râpée scented with five-spice", "Chinese confit of tender chicken liver", and "Yohji's spicy keema spring rolls". The shop also lists a rotating five-item snack assortment, steamed shrimp tom yum salad, Sichuan-style drool-worthy chicken, assorted shumai, and more, giving plenty of food options to pair with beer.

The appeal of the place is being able to focus on beer comparison while also taking time to enjoy food alongside it. From a hand-pump pour to house brews and distinctive beers from around Japan, it is a place where you can follow the whole range in Kita-Urawa.
