At Sakura Taps, a beer pub in Yokohama, the July 31 lineup includes one new release and one beer introduced the day before. The new pour is WC IPA / Derailleur Brew Works, described as a hop-forward West Coast IPA with tropical fruit character and bright citrus notes. The other featured beer is Ogawa Porter / Mugi Zakkoku Kobo, a classic dark porter with layered roasted malt aroma, hop bitterness, and a clean finish.

The bar also runs its Friday food special, Juicy Things Friday. This week’s menu brings three tacos made with 100% masa flour tortillas: carnitas, white fish, and grilled banana. The set is built to work not only with beer, but also with wine, giving guests a flexible pairing option.

The full draft list for the day totals eight beers: Yoshidamachi Helles 2026 / Sakura Taps × Numazu Craft, Kinki Pale Ale Strata Ver. / Noboribetsu Ji Beer Oni Densetsu, BPM 80 / Novel Craft Brewing, Freestyle Sandbox Vol. 8 / West Coast Brewing, Seisetsu Biyori / Shirosuzume, and Shin Oni Gunso IPA / Noboribetsu Ji Beer Oni Densetsu × HOP TAP SHOP, alongside the two highlighted pours above. The range spans crisp lager, hop-driven styles, and roast-forward dark beer, making the tap list flexible enough for a first pint or a longer session.

That combination of rotating beer and seasonal food is what makes Sakura Taps feel like a true beer-lover’s stop. On the second floor in Yokohama’s YOSHIDAMACHI / Nora Neko Street area, it’s a place to match the day’s pint with a taco plate.
