Beerbar Festa (Festa) Shimokitazawa, on the fifth floor of a building near Shimokitazawa Station, has posted its July 10 tap list. The bar opens at 18:00, and on Fridays it stays open until 4:00, so it is set up for a long night of tasting. The post also notes a new chilled water dumpling dish with mala sauce, added for the summer heat.

The domestic side ranges from the double IPA "Dinosaur Zoo" to the fruit-forward "Apricot Weizen" and the crisp West Coast-style pilsner "Kanpai West Coast Pilsner." Heartland fills the regular slot, giving drinkers a familiar anchor alongside the rotating taps.

The imported lineup includes Burnt Mill "Fog", Knee Deep "Folsom Haze", Left Hand "Milk Stout", and DDC! (Brasserie Dieu du Ciel!) "Petite Morale" and "Rosée d’Hibiscus." That mix covers hazy IPA, stout, and a hibiscus wheat beer, so the list moves cleanly from bright and juicy to dark and creamy.

Several beers, including "Coco Farm & Winery White", "Fog", "Folsom Haze", and "Milk Stout", are already down to the last pours. If you want a specific beer, an early visit looks like the safer move.
