Sakaduki Brewing in Adachi, Tokyo, posted its July 2 tap update. True to its back-street taproom feel in Kitasenju, the brewery lined up 15 beers for the day, covering everything from crisp lagers to dark, roasty ales.
The range is the main draw. `shy girl` is listed as a Bohemian Pilsner, `日々淡々` as an American Pale Ale, `初風` as a beer brewed with sake yeast, and `秘密基地` as a saison with mugwort. Fruit-forward and more experimental options are also on the board, including `after the rain` with Tosa buntan and `FUKAYOMI`, a peated Scotch ale. On the darker side, `宵闇の黒` brings a British Imperial Stout, while `Super Dry` adds a familiar guest lager to the mix.
Food remains part of the story. The post says jerk chicken is still available, and it also highlights a whole-cob Gold Rush corn tempura finished with matcha salt. The pairing suggests a summer-friendly lineup built for drinking and snacking side by side.
The brewery also noted its opening hours: the restaurant opens at 4 p.m. and the taproom at 3 p.m. A special extended opening until 10:30 p.m. is planned for Sunday the 19th. It is a practical, neighborhood-style update with enough variety to keep beer drinkers interested.
