The brewpub Nomcraft Juso Taproom in Juso Honmachi, Yodogawa Ward, Osaka City, announced its latest lineup for Friday, March 20 (a holiday). In its post, the brewery thanked guests who came in during the previous week's "Weizen Week" and, as part of its holiday operating information, announced tap updates and a food event.

The highlight of the day is a 15-tap lineup spanning styles with very different drinking profiles. In addition to staples such as `NOMCRAFT LAGER` (Helles Lager), `NOMCRAFT IPA` (American IPA), and `JUSO XPA`, the list also includes higher-ABV offerings like `THE BEAST` (Triple Hazy IPA, 10.0%) and `HABANO NOIR` (Imperial Brown Ale, 10.0%). From the brisk `ORDINARY BITTER` (3.5%) to `WEIZEN DOPPELBOCK` (8.0%), the range is wide, making it easy to compare styles in one place.

Among the collaboration beers, `THE BEAST` is announced as a collaboration with Brew Beast, while `MOONBOW SHEEP` is a collaboration with Merry San no Sauvage. `VAULT BREAKER` (Imperial Gose, with pineapple, coconut, vanilla, and lime), which uses adjuncts, also gives off the experimental spirit that suits a taproom.

Guest pours also include `Hodoku` from NOVORU Brewing in Miyazaki and `ボン梅ツェン` from HINO BREWING in Shiga. Centering its own beers while weaving in the character of Japanese craft breweries gives the lineup both the feel of an on-site brewpub and a curator's touch.

A taco event is planned for Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22. The post also emphasizes how well beer and tacos pair, so it looks like a weekend for enjoying hop aroma, acidity, and roasted notes alongside food.
