Event Overview

The "Kawasaki Hamburger Fes & Kawasaki Beer Festival" will be held at Kawasaki Ekimae Plaza in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, from February 20 to March 1, 2026. Food trucks serving hamburgers and hot dogs will gather for this station-front gourmet event, where visitors can also enjoy a concurrently held craft beer festival.

Participating Breweries

The beer festival will feature eight breweries: Kagiya Brewery from Kawasaki City; Yokohama Kanazawa Brewery and Yokohama Beer from Yokohama City; HAKUBA CRAFT and Nagano Minamikaze Beer from Nagano Prefecture; TWIN PEAKS MOUNTAIN BREWING and Tsukuba Brewery from Ibaraki Prefecture; and Horyuzan Beer from Kanagawa Prefecture. With breweries from Yokohama's Kanazawa Ward lined up in front of Kawasaki Station, the event offers a chance to sample the character of nearby areas all at once.

Highlights for Beer Fans

The announcement does not specify individual beer labels, but brewery-by-brewery participation is appealing because it tends to showcase the character of each place. The event is organized with meat dishes in mind, and kid-friendly menu items and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available, making it easy for both drinkers and non-drinkers to enjoy together. The venue is also easy to reach, just a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station or a 2-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station, and admission is free, so it's an easy stop whether you're grabbing a drink after work or comparing beers on the weekend.
