Hop BroIt's operated by Munemasa Shuzo, a sake and spirits producer founded in 1985, and they're one of Saga's signature breweries thanks to their shochu "Nonnoko." They've expanded that brewing know-how into beer too, releasing a craft beer line called "Nomanba Beer".

Hop BroThere are three kinds. Nomanba Pilsner is made with Saga-grown pilsner malt and Saaz hops, giving it a sweet, gentle flavor. Nomanba American Pale Ale is dry-hopped with American citrusy aroma hops, so you get a refreshing bitterness.
