Ise Kadoya Beer

Ise Kadoya Beer also has another base called the Shimono Brewery. It’s in Shimono-cho, Ise City, and it’s the core factory supporting ISEKADO’s brewing.

This is the Shimono Brewery listed on the official site, and it’s the production base that supports the volume ISEKADO ships around the world. It’s the place where the recipes Suzuki envisioned and proved at international competitions are realized at a mass-production level.

This is the big one: they announced a review of how they operate the Pale Ale recipe. Until now, the canned version and the bottle/keg version actually used different recipes, but they’re unifying them to the can recipe.

And the old bottle/keg recipe will become a separate product called "Classic Pale Ale." Being able to compare different recipes from the same brewery is pretty rare, I think.

It’s a keg-only beer, so it isn’t available in cans or bottles. You can only drink it on tap at beer bars. It’s a pour that leans on the freshness only draft can deliver. If you find it, you’re lucky.

They include rare limited-quantity labels, so yes. The Shimono Brewery isn’t very visible from the outside, but it’s where ISEKADO turns its challenges into the beers people drink every day.
