Hop BroExactly. A brewery founded with the idea of reviving Nishimikawa through food and drink in this city of the automotive industry. Brewing began in 2022. There’s a stand bar outside the brewery, and the fact that it’s open every day is part of the charm. You can just drop in after work.

Hop BroThey’re sold under the brand name "75-shiki." 75-shiki Black is a stout with aromas that evoke roasted malt, coffee, and cacao, plus a gentle sweetness, so it’s both satisfying and easy to drink.
Mugi"75-shiki" sounds kind of sharp and cool. What else is in the lineup?
Hop Bro75-shiki White Ale is a wheat beer with a fruity, tropical flavor. It has almost no bitterness, so it’s approachable even for people who don’t usually like beer. They also make an unusual 75-shiki Hojicha Ale, and they’ve released a Hazy IPA too.

Hop BroAlso, they outsource label application and packaging work to a local facility that supports people with disabilities. Through brewing, they’re contributing to local employment as well. Their brewing water comes from Kariya, and the malt is from Germany.
