Hop BroMelon Ale, Honey Apple Ale, Niagara Ale, Peach White Ale, Lemon Lager, Pear Lager... they really use a lot of fruit grown in Hokkaido.

Hop BroExactly. Apparently they actually visit local and other growing regions to choose their ingredients. Their base, Otaru Beer, is a brand that was born in 2004, and it follows an organic approach using organically grown malt and aroma hops.

Hop BroIn fact, this brewery also inherited a label called Ishikari Banya Beer from Japan Jiba Beer Kobo, so it also carries on part of Hokkaido's beer culture lineage.
