Hop BroIt was started by Seifuru Co., Ltd., an infrastructure equipment company founded 70 years ago, by its president, Takakazu Okada. Brewing beer actually depends on precise piping systems, so the skills built over 70 years are put to direct use here.

Hop BroAnd their four standard beers each have their own personality. 'Liberty's smile' is a classic pale ale, while 'Hakusei' combines Belgian white with yuzu. 'Aromatico' is a hazy IPA made with seasonal fruit, so its character changes throughout the year.

Hop BroWhat's more, the brewery has a basketball court attached to it. It's a pretty unique space where adults talk over beer while kids play basketball nearby. They also make their own pizza, loaded with vegetables from Fukaya. That's the real strength of Fukaya, known as the 'kitchen of the Kanto region.'
