Thursday tap list
- `TAP1` `Nara Brewing Co.` / `EIGHTY EIGHT` / Green Tea Saison

- `TAP3` `Kanpai Brewing` / `Gonnosuke Pub Ale` / Bitter

The main highlight is TAP2, Kunitachi Brewery's new `Japanese Rice Lager`. Brewed with rice, it is described as a clean, crisp lager that fits naturally as a first pint of the day. TAP4, `風裡 -Furi-`, is a highly limited cask shared by a brewer friend and brings a floral profile with elderflower notes. The lineup also includes `Riverphilia`, a collaboration between West Coast Brewing and Totopia Brewing, giving hazy IPA fans something to look for.
On the food side, the bar is now serving house-made chilled tofu topped with condiments, made with domestic soybeans. Fresh horse mackerel sashimi is also on the menu, making the shop an easy stop for pairing light dishes with a rotating six-tap lineup in the Kanda area.
