Craft Beer 2mugi pours six fresh drafts in Akihabara, opening at 15:00
Craft Beer 2mugi shared today’s tap list for July 22. The pub opens from 15:00 to 23:00, with Kaka Shinshin and IRODORI Saison UME newly tapped among six draft beers in Akihabara.
Today's tap list
Craft Beer 2mugi is pouring six draft beers today. The lineup includes Yellow Warbler (Hazy DIPA) from Inkhorn Brewing, Kaka Shinshin (Coffee Stout) from Shiokaze BrewLab Stand, shiro boshi (Belgian White) from 3on3 Fukaya Craftbeer Pizza, Bright Moments (Helles) from Yorocco Beer, IRODORI Saison UME (Saison with Japanese plum) from Zakkokukobo, and Pinot Noir Red (Flanders Red inspired) from Brasserie Lupuron.
Two beers are marked as new on tap: Kaka Shinshin at TAP2 and IRODORI Saison UME at TAP5. The former brings a roasted coffee character to the glass, while the latter adds a fresh plum-driven acidity with saison brightness. Together, they give drinkers a clear contrast in flavor and texture.
The rest of the board is equally varied, spanning hazy IPA territory, a Belgian white, a Helles, and a red sour-style beer. That mix makes the bar a good stop for comparing styles side by side rather than settling on a single lane.
Food pairings on the day include salmon and burihira sashimi, which should work well with the fuller-bodied and more food-friendly beers on the list. Craft Beer 2mugi also welcomes solo visitors and first-time craft beer drinkers, with in-house drinking and canned bottle takeaway both available. For anyone looking for a relaxed beer stop in the Akihabara area, it is a practical, well-curated option.
