The Current 14-Tap Lineup

TAP & TUMBLER Ebisu is a craft beer by-the-weight shop about a 2-minute walk from Ebisu Station. It also offers standing drink service inside the shop, and its defining feature is a self-service style where you pour your own beer using a POUR card. Because the CO2+N2 ratio is adjusted by beer style, it is easy to enjoy differences in foam and mouthfeel even at the same bar.

The ON TAP MENU confirmed this time showed a lineup in which The Veil Brewing Co.'s IPA range firmly anchored the list, while domestic breweries were also represented broadly. In particular, Tap 1 pairing Yellow Beer Works' "DRINK ME ~WEST COAST PILSNER Ver.~" with Kyoto Brewing's "DRINK ME!" makes it easy to compare differences in hop character.

The main lineup includes The Veil Brewing Co.'s "Nerve Endings," "IdontwanttoBU!³: Enhanced," "Herd," "J.O.Y.," "whiteferrari," "Merciless Merciless," and "Demon," as well as HUMANSBEER's "GUAVA&MANGO," Passific Brewing's "Oh Teacher The Pool," GROUNDTAP BREWERY's "AKAMOGURA," Nomcraft Brewing's "NOMCLASSIC Irish Stout," and Flora Fermentation's "Raven." Not only does it have depth in IPAs, but it also features fruit beer, Japanese rice lager, Irish red, and dry stout, making it interesting as a place where you can follow a wide range of styles in a single stop.

The Shop's Appeal

The interior is set up with a counter, standing tables, and benches, making it easy to accommodate everything from a quick drink to groups. The shop does not serve food, but outside food is welcome, which makes it convenient to build your plans around the beers you want to drink. It is a good spot for days when you want to spend time in Ebisu sampling a few kegs that catch your eye, little by little.
