Nihonbashi Brewery Ningyocho has shared a new course-focused post. The lineup includes three options: a course packed with popular dishes, a course centered on the restaurant’s special crab Chicago pizza, and a premium course that adds whole roast chicken to the crab pizza. All three come with free-flow access to 13 craft beers, making the place easy to use for a dinner with drinks.

The post highlights "NIHONBASHI IPA," an original IPA devised for Japanese tastes by the brewmaster of HUB, who won a U.S. beer competition. The message also emphasizes that the venue offers craft beers that are hard to find elsewhere, which gives beer fans a clear tasting axis and something to compare alongside the food.

Located in Nihonbashi Tomizawa-cho in central Tokyo, the restaurant is a brewery-style spot built around craft beer and substantial dishes. It works well for beer-led gatherings, but also for nights when you want a proper meal to go with the drinks.
