Craft Beer Kitchen Kokono-tsuki posts six-beer tap list for June 25 service
The Noge-area beer pub in Miyagawa-cho shared its tap lineup for June 25 service. Six beers from Garden Path Fermentation, Devil Craft Brewery, Hoppukotan Brewing, Taihu Brewing, and Fort George Brewery are on tap alongside Chinese dishes.
Craft Beer Kitchen Kokono-tsuki, a beer pub in Miyagawa-cho, Naka Ward, Yokohama, posted its service update for Thursday, June 25. The shop opens at 3 p.m. and positions itself as a place to enjoy craft beer together with Chinese food.
Today's tap list
- Garden Path Fermentation `The Little Horse Around`
- Devil Craft Brewery `Seize the Throne`
- Hoppukotan Brewing `Totonou` (`ととのう`)
- Taihu Brewing `Vapor Dreams`
- Fort George Brewery `Sherman IPA`
- Hoppukotan Brewing `AKIRA Bayashi` (`AKIRA囃子`)
The lineup brings together breweries from Japan and overseas in a well-balanced set. It works both for drinkers looking for hop aroma and bitterness, and for those who want to compare each beer's character side by side. Several of the beer names are memorable on their own, which makes the board itself part of the appeal.
The food menu is built around Chinese dishes, including steamed chicken with green Sichuan pepper and scallion sauce, fried eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, shrimp mayo, and namero-style wontons. That gives the pub a clear pairing style: choose a beer, then match it with a dish that fits the aroma or bitterness.
The shop also updated its June opening schedule, with many weekdays starting at 3 p.m. and weekends starting at 2 p.m. A note on the stairs says the handrail has been repaired, but guests are asked not to put too much weight on it. For beer fans in the Noge area, it is the kind of place that invites a deliberate choice of what to drink next.
