Six beers on tap at Craft Beer 2mugi

Craft Beer 2mugi, located in Kanda-Izumi near Akihabara, is offering six draft beers for afternoon and evening drinking. The current selection brings together breweries from four prefectures and covers a broad range of beer styles.

Tap 1 features Chimere from Cave d’Occi in Niigata, described as a Borderless Pale Ale. Tap 2 is Belgian Pale Ale from Hoshino Beer in Saitama, offering a Belgian-inspired alternative to the lighter pale ale on the first tap.

Newly added to Tap 3 is THE GREEN MAN from Noroshi Brewery in Chiba. This English IPA is presented as a beer focused on malt depth and gentle bitterness rather than an aggressively hop-forward profile. It is designed to develop in character as its temperature rises, making it a suitable choice for slow sipping.

Tap 4 pours 1926 from KUNITACHI BREWERY in Tokyo, a Kolsch Style beer with a crisp, approachable profile. Tap 5 is SWOONY from Gangi Brewing in Niigata, a Hazy IPA expected to bring a soft texture and expressive hop aroma.

The sixth tap is Giono from SONGBIRD BEER in Chiba. Listed as a Belgian Porter, it provides a darker option with roasted malt character and Belgian-inspired complexity.

With Pale Ale, Belgian Pale Ale, English IPA, Kolsch Style, Hazy IPA, and Belgian Porter all available, the tap list offers plenty of contrast for a tasting session. Craft Beer 2mugi is open from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., making it a convenient stop for an afternoon beer or a relaxed evening in Akihabara.
