Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Honkomagome, Tokyo, posted its operating notice for Monday, Aug. 24. The venue will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and feature "Mikattei," a pop-up led by Hinomoto family member Mikako. The food focus is handmade dumplings, Japanese sake, and leftover achar, giving the taproom a slightly different feel from its usual setup.

The published "Today's on Tap" list has 10 slots, with seven named beers. The range moves from lighter session beer to hop-forward IPAs, a pineapple gose, an English best bitter, and a Belgian stout.

- Little Thing / Dry Hopped Session Ale, 4.5%
- Sabro Hazy / Hazy IPA, 7%
- Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- Rolling Lolly / American IPA, 7.5%
- Pineapple Gose / Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout, 7%

As a brewpub, the appeal is straightforward: you can taste the brewery’s own beers side by side. Regular hours are 5-11 p.m. on weekdays, 3-10 p.m. on weekends and national holidays, with Wednesdays closed. On this day, the added pop-up food makes it a good stop for drinkers who want a few rounds and a clear view of how the lineup shifts across styles.
