At Laugh'in in Sannomiya, Kobe, Nara Brewing's nitro can beer 'ENNUI' has arrived. The style is Brown Ale with AZUKI & CONDENSED MILK, with an ABV of 5.5% and an IBU of 7. In a 350 ml nitro can, it is a beer you can enjoy for its creamy foam and smooth mouthfeel.
'ENNUI' is characterized by a design that layers nuances of adzuki beans and condensed milk. When poured into a glass, it releases a gentle aroma derived from the adzuki beans, and once on the palate, a subtle sweetness spreads across the mouth. Rather than pushing sweetness to the forefront, the hops are kept restrained, making it an easy-drinking brown ale with a calm profile. It is finished so that it works well both as a drink to slowly enjoy after a meal and as an approachable first beer.
Laugh'in is arranged with lively counter seating on the first floor, relaxed table seating on the second floor, and a basement level that features an entire beer cellar like a refrigerator. There are four taps, and it is also interesting that you can buy and drink beers you choose from the basement beer cellar. The building itself creates the fun of choosing beer.
The post also announces that several in-store events are planned for June. Along with the arrival of the guest beer, it will be worth watching for future announcements as well.
