Kojokan Pamco, located on the shore of Lake Mikata in Wakasa Town, Fukui Prefecture, has rolled out a special plan tied to the cycling event "Wakasa Road Century Ride 2026." As the post title suggests, the plan is centered on a "commemorative" theme, and it prominently features the inn's strength: craft beer experiences.

Key Points of the Plan

- Dates: April 18-19, 2026 (2 days, 1 night)
- Details: Guided cycling, dinner, craft beer, karaoke
- Course: Approximately 40 km around the Mikata Five Lakes area (designed with beginners in mind)
- Capacity: 16 people (applications must be made by groups of two or more)
- Price: 20,500 yen per person for a 2-person room, 19,500 yen per person for a room with 3 or more guests (tax included in all cases)

Kojokan Pamco continues to operate as a "craft beer inn" with brewing equipment inside the lobby, and its official information says it has more than 20 years of serving experience. The house-brewed staples are three varieties: "Plum Beer," "Alt," and "Klsch." Its signature beer is the plum beer made with Wakasa's specialty plum, Nishiida ume, making the inn's local identity especially clear. In addition, these beers are generally served only on-site from in-house taps, and the policy of not selling them in cans or bottles is also explicitly stated.

After a cycling ride, ending the day with a drink you can only have in that place. The appeal of this "commemorative" plan lies in turning that flow into a complete lodging experience. For beer lovers, this may well become a reason to visit Wakasa whether or not they join the event.
