At the beer pub "Bia Ma Kitasenju" in Kitasenju, two guest beers from Shiga Kogen Beer are now being served. The lineup features "Pils?! Cask Finished," which carries barrel-aging nuances, and "Snow Monkey IPA," a beer with both juiciness and bitterness.
- Pils?! Cask Finished / Shiga Kogen Beer
A beer aged for 89 days in a 500L French oak barrel. It combines a dry, crisp mouthfeel with the richness and smooth texture brought by oak. While preserving the outline of a pilsner, its appeal lies in the depth added by barrel aging.
- Snow Monkey IPA / Shiga Kogen Beer
A hazy IPA that feels lusciously sweet while still delivering firm bitterness and a dry finish. It pushes juiciness to the forefront without making the drinking experience overly sweet, resulting in a beer that will satisfy IPA fans as well.
