In its April 3 (Fri) post, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand (Hon-Komagome, Bunkyo Ward) announced a 10-tap lineup. Served by head brewer Tamura, the day's on-tap offerings span a wide range of styles, including the hop-forward `Kohatu Pale Ale` and `Sauvin Belgo Brut`, the easy-drinking `Ryusui Soso`, and the tart `Yuzu Sour Saison`.

The highlights are the Sanriku Beer collaborations `Black IPA a.k.a. Kuro Hitsuji no Ale` and `Belgian Hazy IPA a.k.a. Shiro Hitsuji no Ale`. The list also includes beers with names tied to the shop and the local area, such as `Komagome Brown`, `Komagome Best Bitter`, and `Kurotobi #4`, creating a lineup that shows the brewpub's 'current state' of house brewing. `DH Red Ale` is marked as "low stock," so it may be best to check it early.

The shop's regular hours are weekdays from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., weekends and holidays from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., closed on Wednesdays. It serves only Japanese craft beer, and the food is centered on light snacks, making it a good stop when beer is the main event. With a counter- and standing-room-focused atmosphere, it is also easy to use when you just want a single drink in Komagome.

The post also announced upcoming events: 4/5 (Sun) "Chili Chili Sunday", 4/11 (Sat) "Potato Chip Dog", 4/17 (Tue) "Komagome Ba-Chi-Ri Talk", 4/19 (Sun) "Beer and Records", and 4/25 (Sat) and 4/26 (Sun) "SEASONAL TAPAS: Tapas with seasonal ingredients". Along with the tap updates, the weekend event schedule is also something to watch.
