July 29 lineup

Sakaduki Brewing is a brewpub in Kitasenju, Adachi, Tokyo. It was launched by owner-brewer Shoko Kanayama, who previously worked in brewing and product development at Asahi Beer, together with her husband. The brewery has long emphasized fresh beer and food pairing.

In the post dated July 29, the brewery announced its "pairing day". The main feature was Komorebi, described as the 2026 version of its sour beer made with fully ripened Nanko plums. The lineup also included a new batch of shy girl, with the brewery noting that it would go on tap once the current batch runs out.

Pairing day is a regular format for the brewery: beers are tapped with dishes designed to match them. From a house staple like the Bohemian pilsner shy girl to a seasonal release like Komorebi, the appeal is not only the beer itself but also how it fits with food. It is a small but clear expression of what a neighborhood brewpub in Kitasenju can offer.
