For craft beer fans in the Keio Line area, this is an event you won’t want to miss at TEGAMISHA BREWERY. The event is called the “Spring Sausage & Beer Festival vol.15.” The date is Sunday, March 22, 2026.

On the day, food from Seijo Shirota Kobo, also known as Ham Nii-san, will be served. Planned items include the signature Uzumaki-chan sausage and smoked chicken, both prepared on lava plates. The menu is designed to highlight the aroma and juiciness of charcoal grilling, with beer pairings in mind. Takeout is also available, which is another plus.

The beer centerpiece is TEGAMISHA BREWERY’s strength: a tasting set of its house-brewed beers. In addition, a spring-limited guest beer made with cherry leaves is scheduled to be offered. The beer’s name and brewery were not specified at the time of posting, but it is described as tasting like “drinking sakura mochi,” so it looks set to be a glass with a distinctly springlike aroma.

The venue, TEGAMISHA BREWERY, is a brewpub in Shimoshigahara, Chofu City. Its appeal lies in the closeness of being able to drink beer brewed on site right there, and the atmosphere that naturally welcomes food events. A plan like this, with freshly grilled meat dishes and chilled craft beer at the center, is a combination that shows the shop’s character at its best.

Hours are 12:00–21:00 (food L.O. 20:00, drinks L.O. 20:30). The event is expected to be canceled in the case of severe weather, so it’s a good idea to check the latest information before heading out. As the spring air starts to feel pleasant, this is an event for anyone who wants to simply enjoy sausages and beer.
