The Final "Hotchare"

Streetlight Brewing, a brewery located at Kita 10-jo Nishi 19-chome in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, has announced its original beer for the event "Shake Music Festival," "Hotchare IPA 2025." This collaboration series has continued since 2023, and this time it is said to be the "final Hotchare," timed to coincide with the event's ending.

Flavor Highlights

The 2025 recipe is built primarily around four New Zealand hop varieties: Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, Nectaron, and Riwaka. It features aromas reminiscent of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus, and keeps the alcohol content modest at 5.0%. It is designed as an IPA suited to summer outdoor drinking, something you can enjoy for a long time while listening to music.

In Streetlight Brewing's Style

Streetlight Brewing is a brewery that has been releasing distinctive collaboration beers from its home base in Soen, Sapporo. This "Hotchare IPA" is another beer that seems to have captured the atmosphere of the event 그대로 in a can. It is well suited not only for festival and camping scenes, but also for drinking at home while looking back on memories of the event.

For those who know the relationship with "Shake Music Festival," it works as a milestone beer. For first-time drinkers, it is an approachable way to enjoy the aroma of New Zealand hops.
