At craft beer specialty store cedar mountain shop in Shimokitazawa, a four-tap project tied to the Instagram post "OSHi BEER WEEK" has been announced. This time, the spotlight is on FLORA FERMENTATION. The shop is taking over all of its taps and serving four different styles at the same time.

Lineup

- FLORA LAGER (ABV 5.5% / Premium Lager)
- Frigg (ABV 5.5% / Strawberry Milkshake Ale)
- Hibagon (ABV 7.0% / Dank IPA)
- Tayu (ABV 6.0% / Porter w/Soba)

The post introduces FLORA LAGER as the core beer, along with Frigg made with local strawberries, Hibagon, whose aroma is characterized by terpene oil-derived notes, and Tayu, a collaboration with Kyoto's NUDE BREWERY. From IPA fans who want citrus and dank character to dark-beer drinkers who prefer roasted notes, it is an easy setup for crossing styles in a single visit.

There is also an ongoing campaign that lets you participate with each FLORA tap pour. It is a chance to win original merchandise, adding an event-like layer of fun.

cedar mountain shop has long been a beer pub in the Shimokitazawa area where you can calmly choose craft beer. A project like this, where you can experience a brewery's personality all at once, should be a particularly good fit for drinkers who want to compare the differences between labels.
