The brewpub Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Bunkyo City, Tokyo, has released its tap list for Saturday, May 23, when it opens at 3:00 p.m. Hours are 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., closed on Wednesdays. The shop, which focuses on Japanese craft beer, is once again highlighting a lineup centered on its own house-brewed beers in this post.

Today's on Tap

Of the 10 taps, 7 were confirmed in the post.

- Pee-Pee-Pee / Kveik Pale Ale (Norwegian Farmhouse Ale) 5.5%
- Seiten Raimei #2 / West Coast IPA 7.5%
- Yunosu Saison / Yuzu Sour Saison 6%
- Komagome Brown / Brown Saison 6%
- Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter 4.5%
- EL BAMP HAZY / Hazy IPA 7%
- Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout 7%

The lineup spans everything from light farmhouse-style beers to a hop-forward West Coast IPA, a yuzu-infused sour saison, bitter, hazy, and even a Belgian stout, making it a broad tasting set. Since some tap slots are still blank, there is room for changes depending on the day's conditions.

This post also announced the taproom pop-up, Nanami-chan's Potato Chip Dog. The shop usually centers on light snacks, but on this day you can enjoy a guest chef's dish alongside the beer. A tapas project using seasonal ingredients by Tatsunosuke Taba is also planned for Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31.

The shop is also set to participate in an event on Sunday, the 24th, so there will be activity both inside the shop and at outside events over the weekend. A new beer release is also slated for next week, drawing attention to the weekend developments centered on the Komagome brewery.
