Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand unveils 7 taps for Saturday, 5/23
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand posted its business hours for Saturday, May 23. When the taproom opens at 3:00 p.m., seven house-brewed beers will line up in Today's on Tap, along with a Potato Chip Dog pop-up and notice of an event appearance the following day.

Hop BroExactly. What really catches the eye first is the Kveik Pale Ale called Pee-Pee-Pee. It's interesting because Norwegian farmhouse yeast tends to ferment quickly and give off a light aroma.
MugiKveik? What is that? I get that it's fast, but can beer really change character that much just from the yeast?
Hop BroIt really can. Yeast is the director of flavor, and when a farmhouse-style character comes through, rustic, spicy notes tend to show up too.
MugiWow, then Seiten Raimei #2's West Coast IPA sounds like it'll be sharply bitter just from the name!
Hop BroThat's right. It's the kind where the hop character stands out. At 7.5%, it has a solid frame, and even if the aroma is flashy, the mouthfeel stays crisp. It has that direct, linear kind of satisfaction.
MugiAnd they even have a yuzu sour saison! Yunosu Saison sounds like it'll make my mouth pucker just from looking at it!

This post also announced the taproom pop-up, Nanami-chan's Potato Chip Dog. The shop usually centers on light snacks, but on this day you can enjoy a guest chef's dish alongside the beer. A tapas project using seasonal ingredients by Tatsunosuke Taba is also planned for Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31.
The shop is also set to participate in an event on Sunday, the 24th, so there will be activity both inside the shop and at outside events over the weekend. A new beer release is also slated for next week, drawing attention to the weekend developments centered on the Komagome brewery.
