LIVIN' LARGE BEER & GALLERY Announces Its May 2 Booth at IKEBUKURO LIVING LOOP
The Higashi-Nagasaki beer pub "LIVIN' LARGE BEER & GALLERY" announced on Instagram that it will be setting up a booth at the "IKEBUKURO LIVING LOOP 2026 Market" on May 2. At the Aozora Yokocho booth, in addition to craft canned beer, there will also be goods sales, food, and a tufting workshop.
Higashi-Nagasaki's "LIVIN' LARGE BEER & GALLERY" announced that it will participate in the "IKEBUKURO LIVING LOOP 2026 Market," to be held on Ikebukuro Green Boulevard on May 2 (Sat) from 11:00 to 20:00. In the post, it is introduced as a craft beer shop in Aozora Yokocho, and the booth on the day will feature a lineup combining a tufting workshop, goods sales, Pakistani curry, craft canned beer, and a dagashi-shop DJ bar for parents and children.
The shop is a beer pub within walking distance of the north exit of Higashi-Nagasaki Station, and its defining feature is the attached import goods shop and gallery. You can normally enjoy craft beer from Japan and overseas standing at the counter, and its official profile says it carries 2 draft beer taps and more than 30 canned beer labels. Centered on craft beer, it is the kind of booth where merchandise, art, and events naturally intersect.
In one of the images in the post, a can from Tokyo Aleworks can be seen among the beers to be served at the venue. The visible labels are "Yuyake Amber Lager" and "Above the Clouds DH Golden Ale". Both are Tokyo Aleworks cans, and it looks like the event will offer this kind of locally rooted lineup as well.
For people who drink regularly at the Higashi-Nagasaki shop, this looks like a booth that brings that same atmosphere out to Ikebukuro's main boulevard. Centered on beer, the appeal of this shop is that you can enjoy eating, making, and looking all at once.
