Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand lines up 10 taps on 4/6, including a NZ pale ale
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand will be open from 17:00 to 22:00 on April 6, offering 10 beers including Kohatu Pale Ale, Yuzu Sour Saison, and Kurotobi #4. Chili con carne and chilled tomatoes will also be served that day.

Hop BroBasically, they’re hops from New Zealand, and they tend to bring out tropical-leaning aromas. On top of that, there’s Sauvin Belgo Brut, a Dry Hopped Saison, and Ryusui-Soso, an Italian Pilsner, so the lineup leans strongly into the light and bright side.
MugiOhh! But I still think Yuzu Sour Saison is the one I’m most curious about. What happens when you put yuzu tartness into beer?
Hop BroWhat happens is that the yuzu acidity in a sour saison gives the drink a sharp, crisp finish. It brings out refreshment more than sweetness, so it fits the spring mood.
MugiHold on, Black Sheep Ale and White Sheep Ale are already adorable names! But then they’re actually Black IPA and Belgian Hazy IPA, which is sneaky serious!
