Food
The food menu includes dishes that pair well with beer, starting with mash of new onion and new potato topped with hairy crab, as well as horse meat carpaccio, Tosa Akaushi ichibo tagliata, corn pizza, spaghetti with squid and bottarga, and carpaccio of red sea bream and Spanish mackerel. Homemade pistachio ice cream is also available, making for a lineup designed to let guests take their time with both food and beer.
With the reopening, the lineup ranges from standard IPAs to fruit-forward sours and light Kölsch-style beers, making it a fun set for comparison tasting. If you are stopping by Utsunomiya for draft beer, this is something worth checking out.
