Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand will be open as usual on Monday, March 30, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. As a brewpub closed on Wednesdays, it builds its tap lineup around house-brewed beer and Japanese craft beer, and this day also featured a 10-tap selection.

Featured taps for the day

- `Kohatu Pale Ale` / NZ Pale Ale
- `DH Red Ale` / Dry Hopped Red Ale
- `Sauvin Belgo Brut` / Dry Hopped Saison
- `Ryusu Sososo` / Italian Pilsner
- `Yuzu Sour Saison`
- `Black IPA a.k.a 黒ひつじのエール` / Sanriku Beer collaboration
- `Komagome Brown` / Brown Saison
- `Komagome Best Bitter` / English Best Bitter
- `Belgian Hazy IPA a.k.a 白ひつじのエール` / Sanriku Beer collaboration
- `Kurotsuru #4` / Belgian Stout

From a pale ale made with NZ hops to a yuzu-forward sour saison and a Belgian stout, the range is broad and makes the appeal of side-by-side tasting very clear. In particular, `Black IPA` and `Belgian Hazy IPA` are introduced as Sanriku Beer collaborations, layering outside brewery elements on top of the distinctive character of the shop's own brewing.

The shop is located on the first floor of Greenpia Honkomagome in Honkomagome, with a casual atmosphere centered on counter seating and standing room. The food menu focuses on snacks and dagashi-style sweets, making it a good match for beer-first drinking. April is also expected to bring events such as chili con carne-style dishes, potato chip dogs, and seasonal tapas, so it is worth keeping an eye on both the tap list and future updates.
