Beer Stand Hiranoya in Shinsen, Tokyo has opened three new taps at once: a Seoul Brewery and CRAFTROCK BREWING collaboration fruit sour, Belgian lager classic Stella Artois, and a limited hazy IPA from Y Market and Oni Densetsu.

Hiranoya Saketen / Beer Stand Hiranoya has announced three simultaneous tap openings. The lineup moves from a bright fruit sour to a crisp international lager and a juicy, high-strength hazy IPA.
JAM SESSION FRUIT SOUR 4.0%
This is the second collaboration between Seoul Brewery in Seoul and Tokyo’s CRAFTROCK BREWING. Made with mango purée, lemon, and apple mint, it combines tropical coconut and mango aromas with a subtle hop character. Lemon and mint bring a clean, refreshing finish, while the full fruit profile remains easy to drink. It is 4.0% ABV.
STELLA ARTOIS 5.0%
The Belgian premium lager Stella Artois is also pouring. Its crisp, clean profile combines a mineral impression reminiscent of white wine with the snappy finish associated with pilsner-style lager. Balanced and approachable, it is designed to work easily alongside food. The beer is 5.0% ABV.
NEW 鬼ヶ島 IX 8.0%
This limited collaboration between Y Market and Hokkaido’s Oni Densetsu is the ninth annual release in the series. Built around a return-to-roots hop recipe, it offers tropical aromas suggesting mango, peach, pink grapefruit, hassaku, iyokan, and pear. At 8.0% ABV, it combines a juicy nose with a lively, surprisingly drinkable palate.
