Beer Pub Ishii in Sendagi, Bunkyo-ku, posted its tap update for a day when roast pork was being served. The pub sits on Yomise-dori and says it focuses on Japanese craft beer, with food ranging from small snacks to more substantial dishes. It also runs four taps, three of which rotate daily.

The `On Tap` lineup featured `PERCH #3` from Let's Beer Works, `Kome PA` from Ushitora Brewery, `American Pale Ale 3` from Shingetsu Beer, and `Kyo mo Manten` from Hansharo Beer. It is a lineup that fits a roast pork plate well, with beer styles that can handle richer flavors without overpowering the meal.

Queued up next were Songbird Beer’s `Summer Porter`, Shiga Kogen Beer’s `Africa Pale Ale`, Brasserie Knot’s `WIND`, Kanpai! Brewing’s `Nozokizaka Kölsch`, and Hop Kotan Brewing’s `MISTY WAY`. That gives the bar a wide range of options, from roasted malt character to pale-ale brightness, crisp Kölsch refreshment, and hazy IPA-style depth.

For beer drinkers, the appeal is simple: check the current keg, order the roast pork, and keep an eye on what opens next. Beer Pub Ishii makes that kind of beer-and-food rhythm feel built into the room.
