New release: THE CLEAR SKY

Session's Brewery Hiroshima has unveiled a new beer on Instagram, THE CLEAR SKY. It is a light pilsner brewed at 3.5% ABV and 15 IBU, with Simcoe and Saaz hops and Pilsner Malt plus Carapils in the grist.

Built for summer drinking

The brewery describes the beer as a glass that captures the feeling of looking up at a clear summer sky. In the post, THE CLEAR SKY is presented as a pale-gold pilsner with fine foam, lively carbonation, and a clean finish. The base is a crisp malt character, while Saaz adds an elegant, refreshing hop note and Simcoe sharpens the aftertaste.

Clear food pairings

Suggested pairings include grilled sausage, fish and chips, fried chicken, tacos, edamame, salt yakisoba, and seafood BBQ. The beer looks designed to work well with salty dishes and charcoal-grilled food, making it a practical first pour as well as an easy session beer.
