Oktoberfest 2026 is scheduled to take place on October 3, 2026, at Rusty Nest Brewery near Shirasa Beach in Oamishirasato, Chiba. The event’s organizer, the nonprofit organization Dream & Hope, is currently raising funds to support the festival and related community projects.

The initiative is designed to be more than a beer event. It aims to create a sustainable cycle linking community interaction, youth development, and environmental conservation. Planned uses for the funding include the production of a mobile skate ramp and other activities across the Kujukuri region.

Several rewards feature craft beer from Rusty Nest Brewery. A crowdfunding-exclusive can set includes the brewery’s Rusty Nest IPA and Rusty Nest Session IPA, allowing supporters who cannot attend the festival to enjoy beers connected to the project at home.

Another reward offers supporters the chance to co-develop an original beer with Rusty Nest Brewery. Participants can discuss the style, aroma, bitterness, color, and alcohol content before the beer is brewed at approximately 35 liters, packaged in cans, and finished with an original label.

Rusty Nest Brewery began its story by revitalizing a former seafood-processing facility near Shirasa Beach. Today, it seeks to connect local people, nature, food, and craft beer. Its Cafe & Bar serves beers from the brewery as well as selections from the eastern coast of Chiba, alongside dishes featuring local ingredients.
