Swan Lake Pub Edo Tamachi opens OVERTURE and refreshes its draft lineup
Swan Lake Pub Edo Tamachi, a three-minute walk from Tamachi Station, introduced Swan Lake Beer’s new OVERTURE. Its draft lineup ranges widely from standards and seasonal beers to high-ABV and guest taps, and it also offers happy hour and all-you-can-drink plans.
The shop, just three minutes on foot from Tamachi Station, is a beer pub run by Niigata-based Swan Lake Beer. With a counter-centered interior and 18 taps lined up in front of you, the hallmark here is enjoying a freshly poured beer on the spot. It is easy to use for solo drinking or small gatherings, and on Saturdays it opens from noon.
What stands out in this post is Swan Lake Beer’s OVERTURE. It is labeled as a West Coast Pilsner, with ABV 5.5% and IBU 25 clearly stated, and on draft it is being introduced as a new Pink Boots Brew release. For takeout, a 350 ml can of Session I.P.A is also available, making the lineup responsive to takeaway demand as well.
The draft lineup is broad, spanning staples such as Golden Ale, Koshihikari Rice Lager, White Swan Weizen, Amber Swan Ale, and Porter, as well as seasonal and high-ABV selections like #B-IPA, Miel Blanc, and Imperial Stout 2025. Guest taps include SHIGA KOGEN IPA and Kyodo Ale, so you can follow both Swan Lake’s core offerings and the character of other breweries at the same time.
Hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays. During happy hour from opening until 8:00 p.m., Swan Lake’s staple draft beers can be enjoyed at reasonable prices. With food that pairs well with beer, such as pizza margherita, this is one place worth remembering when you want to settle in and drink at a relaxed pace in Tamachi.
