Two new beers for the 15th anniversary
Yokohama Bay Brewing Kannai Main Store announced two new beers in a post tied to its 15th anniversary celebration. The pub is located on the first floor at Fukutomicho Higashi-dori 2-15 in Yokohama, and it operates from 13:00 to 23:00, last orders at 22:30. As a brewery-run beer pub, it offers a range of house-made beers in a setting that fits the local craft beer scene.
The two newly tapped beers are TEAM UP IPA and HEAVY CLIMB. TEAM UP IPA is a West Coast IPA made by five brewers combining their ideas into one beer. It is built around Mosaic’s tropical character, with Nectaron and Dolcita adding depth. HEAVY CLIMB is a DDH Double Hazy IPA with a heavy summer feel, featuring ripe pineapple-like aromatics from Superdelic, plus tropical layers from Mosaic and Dolcita. The brewery describes it as smooth, low in bitterness, and full-bodied.
The tap list also includes Bay Pilsner (World Beer Cup 2025 gold), Bay Pilsner Haratau Edition, Tag Lager, Bay Dark, Bay Weiss, Yuzu Weiss (World Beer Cup 2024 gold and 2025 silver), BAY HELL, Weekend Journey, Freestyle, SARA, Sprint IPA, and Steel Soul Fixie. The post also notes restocked anniversary T-shirts and a new Acid Khaki color, rounding out the 15th-anniversary lineup.
