Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, has updated its tap list. As you would expect from a taproom attached to a brewery, the selection is built around house-made craft beer, and this time it includes the new release "Pe-pe-pe."

The spotlight is on "Pe-pe-pe." The style is Norwegian Farmhouse Pale Ale, with an ABV of 4.5%. Brewed with yeast that traces its roots to Norwegian farmhouse ales, this pale ale is said to feature orange-like aromas and flavors, coriander-like nuances, a wild character, and a subtle tartness. Even with its modest strength, it delivers a firmly satisfying taste.

The taps for the day total 10 beers.

- Sunny Side Mashup IPA / Belgian IPA
- Shinmei Kölsch / Kölsch Style Ale
- Kurotobi Imperial / Imperial Belgian stout
- Saburo Hazy / Hazy IPA
- White Sheep Ale #4 / Belgian Hazy IPA
- Sauvin Belgo / American Belgo Style Ale
- Amber Lager / Dry Hopped Amber Lager
- Yunosu Saison / Sour Saison with Yuzu
- Komagome EX Bitter / ESB
- Pe-pe-pe / Norwegian Farmhouse Pale Ale
