KARAKURI -Craft Beer & Oden & Sake- is a beer pub located in the basement of Kanda-Kajicho in Tokyo. It offers craft beer, sake, and natural wine, paired with creative dishes centered on oden. A bottle shop is also attached, and in addition to draft beer, it supports takeout of bottles and cans as well as growler fills.

In its post on Thursday, April 30, the shop mentioned that it had visited the 1st anniversary event for Noroshi Brewing before announcing the opening of two guest beers. Both beers in this lineup are full of character and rewarding to drink.

Beers on Tap

- Door to Summer / Mugi Zakkoku Kobo Microbrewery
A hoppy saison from Mugi Zakkoku Kobo in Saitama. It is described as featuring herbal aromas from German Amarillo, firm bitterness, the aroma of saison yeast, and a dry finish.
- Kinki Pale Ale CGX Strata Single Ver. / Oni Densetsu Beer
A pale ale from Oni Densetsu Beer in Hokkaido. This single-version beer uses CGX hops and is introduced as having tropical aromas along with notes of passion fruit, mango, and citrus. The bitterness is sharp, and the beer has substantial aromatic depth.

KARAKURI is an easy place to drop in for a relaxed first drink in Kanda, or to linger over a meal with a beer. With oden and guest beers together, it looks like a drink that suits the seasonal transition nicely.
