The Beer Shop Hirakata city, a beer pub in Hirakata, Osaka, posted its service update for August 14. The shop says it continues to draw customers who come specifically for Kurolabel during the Obon period, alongside the usual after-work pint crowd.

Tap lineup for the day

- Kurolabel / Sapporo Brewery
- Teikoku IPA / Baird Brewing (Shizuoka)
- Duchesse de Bourgogne / Verhaeghe (Belgium)
- 04-Kolsh / Craftbank Brewery (Kyoto)
- Session Citra White / Hirakata Beer (Osaka)
- One slot is listed as `coming soon.`

Kurolabel is opened fresh every day, with at least one keg tapped daily. That gives the lineup a reliable anchor, while the rest of the board spans IPA, Belgian sour, kolsch, and a local Hirakata beer. It is the kind of place where drinkers can move from familiar lagers to more characterful imports and regional craft in one visit.

The shop also announced its next in-store event: a Coronado Brewing feature on August 22-23. The event will mark the brewery's return to Japan, with an importer on site and merchandise prepared as well. For beer fans, it should be a good chance to drink, compare, and learn at the same time.
