Okayama Saidaiji Beer Brewery has announced the third edition of the Tera BEER Festa at Saidaiji Kannon-in. The event takes place at Saidaiji Kannon-in in eastern Okayama City, using the temple grounds as a setting for craft beer, food and community-focused activities.

Previous editions featured several breweries from Okayama, giving visitors the opportunity to compare beers with different brewing approaches and flavor profiles. Food vendors, music and family-oriented activities also formed part of the festival, making it an event designed for more than beer enthusiasts alone.

Based in Saidaiji, Okayama City, Okayama Saidaiji Beer Brewery is known for incorporating local identity into its brewing. Its Akura beer uses wild yeast associated with the kurogane-mochi tree growing at Saidaiji Kannon-in. The brewery is also connected to Gofuku Kobo, a facility where visitors can enjoy freshly made beer alongside stone-baked pizza.

The Tera BEER Festa offers a distinctive meeting point between the historic atmosphere of a temple and the contemporary culture of craft beer. Details for the third edition, including the event date, participating breweries, beer lineup and ticket information, are expected to be announced through the brewery’s official updates.
